Jami Yazdani is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who has combined her experience and expertise in leading projects, planning, teams, and training and her passion for supporting the development of leaders at all levels into a solutions-focused approach to management consulting for mission-driven organizations. Since founding Yazdani Consulting and Facilitation in 2018, Jami has offered her clients realistic strategies, actionable consulting, and expert support to bring clarity, order, and impact to their projects, teams, and planning.

Jami offers project coaching when clients need help to better manage their own projects, as well as hands-on, expert project management for any or every phase of their project. She can also help organizations develop and implement processes and workflows to ensure continued success across projects. Through her strategic and program planning services, Jami supports organizations in any stage of the planning process, from developing a new plan to rescuing an existing plan. Jami also offers practical, solutions-focused training on project management, planning, and leadership topics, as well as meeting and retreat facilitation.
