Monya is a treasury professional with a 21-year career that spans both for-profit and nonprofit industries.

After several years of volunteering for nonprofits, in 2018, I decided to use my corporate background to serve nonprofits full-time.   It is rewarding to help organizations be the best versions of themselves - knowing I'm discovering ways to both save and protect their biggest asset, cash.   I review and implement back office processes that create trust, transparency and good internal controls.  I also assist with bank relationships by leveraging your bank’s service offerings.  In turn, freeing up more resources to support your mission.

I believe the safety afforded by good internal controls is pivotal to the success of nonprofits.  This allows them the bandwidth to continue to do good in the communities they serve.
